MyChandha is software that helps community event committees in India run their event: record contributions, publish an event page, manage their committee and see their own reports.

MyChandha is not a bank, payment system operator, trustee or fundraising platform. MyChandha does not hold, pool, control or settle contribution money at any point.

• The committee is solely responsible for its event, the accuracy of what it publishes, the use of the funds it collects and any statutory obligations that apply to it.
• The committee is responsible for the accuracy of the details it gives to the payment partner for settlement, and for keeping its committee member list current.
• The person who creates a committee confirms they are authorised to act for it.

Online contributions are collected and settled by regulated payment partners directly to the committee's verified account. MyChandha only records the outcome reported by the payment partner. Payment-partner charges, taxes and settlement timelines are governed by that partner's own terms.

Contribution records in MyChandha are permanent facts. A mistake is corrected by voiding the entry with a reason and recording it again, never by silent editing or deletion.

MyChandha Premium is a paid subscription for the software. It is separate from any payment-partner charge. See pricing and the refund & cancellation policy.

Use of MyChandha is subject to the acceptable use policy. We may suspend access that breaches it.

The service is provided on an as-is basis. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, MyChandha is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts of a committee, a donor or a payment partner.
